Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson in Dickinson, ND is seeking a seasoned RN Care Coordinator to guide patients through the care continuum and ensure optimal outcomes and patient experience.

You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, insurers and post-acute providers to ensure timely, high-quality transitions and advocacy for patients. BSN and ND RN license required; BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC within 12 months are expected; salary ranges from $32.46 to $48.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• ND RN license, with BLS, ACLS and PALS upon hire.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs RN/Charge Nurse duties as required.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a RN Care Coordinator, you will be a central figure in patient care, seamlessly navigating the healthcare journey to achieve optimal outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

Every day, you will strategically assess, plan, and facilitate comprehensive care across the continuum, expertly advocating for patients while collaborating with physicians, nursing, departments, insurers, and post-acute providers to ensure timely, high-quality transitions.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical acumen, exceptional communication and advocacy skills, and a strategic mindset, all driven by a passion for optimizing patient care across every touchpoint.

We are offering a $20,000 to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

• Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required.
• Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)
• Assists director with department charge reconciliation.
• Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN.
• Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN.
• Assists with payroll functions as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Of Nursing Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 1 year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson
• Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 - months and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, upon hire

Preferred

• Charge Nurse Experience
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician, upon hire

Pay Range

$32.46 - $48.28 /hour
