Qualifications

• Registered Nurse: ND upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 12 months.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient care requirements and initiates a plan of care.
• Provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
• Establishes patient care goals and teaches self-care skills.
• Adheres to therapeutic standards and adjusts care as necessary.
• Utilizes multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient needs.
• Follows infection control and medication administration protocols.
