Job summary

Independence First is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise personal care workers and oversee delivery of services to consumers in the Milwaukee area.

The role includes home visits, assessments, and ongoing development of care plans, with reporting to the Manager of Personal Assistance Services. A nursing license, valid driver’s license, and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have valid RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personal care workers and deliver personal care services to consumers.
• Conduct home visits, consumer assessments, and development of care plans.
• Provide supervision and evaluation of personal care workers according to policy.
• Report to the Manager of Personal Assistance Services.

Position Summary

Registered Nurse is responsible for the supervision of personal care workers and the delivery of personal care services to consumers. Work duties include home visits, consumer assessments, development of appropriate plans of care, and supervision of and performance evaluation of personal care workers. Reports to the Manager of Personal Assistance Services.

Experience
