Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with independent decision-making.
• Current, unrestricted Maine RN licensure; BLS required; ACLS for Cardiac

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external providers to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Prioritize and schedule services to meet patient needs.
• Perform independent patient assessments to determine care level.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, lab results, meds, and follow-up care.
• Triages calls and directs to appointments or home advice.
