Havenova Home Care Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, care planning, and Medicare compliance across home care operations. You will work with caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory adherence, and supervisory guidance to staff. MA-licensed RNs with home care experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA is required.
• Home care, home health, or case management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, physicians, case managers, and families.
• Monitor patient condition and document changes appropriately.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with care plans and clinical needs.
• Support Medicare and state compliance requirements through proper documentation and oversight.
• Perform supervisory visits and quality assurance checks.
• Participate in chart audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide clinical guidance to caregivers and staff.
