Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN license or multi-state license via NLC/eNLC.
• Ability to coordinate nursing care and supervise staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork to work with IDT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and lead nursing staff.
• Refer patients to community agencies and physicians as needed.
• Assign staff based on patient acuity and monitor care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Communicate health concerns and treatments to the IDT and transitions teams.
