Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification; RN license active in practicing state(s).
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the team.
• Maintain high safety standards and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and patient-centered care.
