Park Nicollet Health Services seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Advanced Care Unit. The RN will manage patient care episodes in collaboration with patients, families, and the health care team, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.

The Advanced Care Unit is a 20-bed unit handling acute and chronically ill patients, including arrhythmias and post-procedural care, with RN-patient ratios of 3:1 or 2:1 and dedicated orientation with ECCO and ACLS certification.

Qualificações

• Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing.
• BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines

Responsabilidades

• Manages the episode of patient care in partnership with patients, families, and other providers.
• Works within the 20-bed Cardiovascular Advanced Care Unit serving acute and chronically ill patients.
• Maintains nurse-patient ratios of 3:1 or 2:1 and participates in orientation and ACLS certification.
