Job summary

Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Progressive Care unit. You will provide patient-centered care on a 24-bed unit serving cardiothoracic and vascular patients, collaborating across the care team to ensure safety and quality.

The role features 12-hour night shifts (0.75 FTE) with every 3rd weekend rotation, and opportunities to contribute to evidence-based practice within our Shared Governance Model.

Qualifications

• RN license by the State of Minnesota
• BSN or ADN with 1 year RN experience
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, safe, effective, equitable, timely and efficient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and care team.
• Collaborate with the nursing department and health care team to maintain high standards of care.
