Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care within a 4 West Cardiac/Medical unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, outcomes, and adherence to nursing standards.

The role emphasizes communication, adherence to the Nurse Practice Act, and a mission-driven environment. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 and relocation support are available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• RN requires licensure in state of employment.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire or internal transfer.
• NIHSS within 6 months of hire or internal transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and observe outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, and specimen collections.
• Maintain patient charts accurately; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Promote patient safety and rights; collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning needs.
