Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year ER/critical care preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate patient responses and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, IVs, wound care and specimen collection.
• Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Use information technology to communicate and support decision-making.
• Promote patient health, safety, and rights; advocate for patients.
• Provide education to patients and families; assess learning needs.
