Job summary

HonorHealth in Deer Valley/PHX area seeks an RN with cardiac or vascular experience for a day shift. The role supports vascular patients in a clinic setting, collaborates with vascular surgeons and APPs, and may see post-op patients at DV/JCL campuses.

Requires 1 year in inpatient/outpatient nursing and 2 years overall nursing experience. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered, with strong communication and patient education responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing Required.
• 1 year in inpatient/outpatient setting Required.
• 2 years nursing experience Required.
• 3 years experience in designated specialty Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates care with physicians, patients and family to develop a treatment plan.
• Provides resources and education addressing social, financial, and emotional needs.
• Facilitates referrals, home care services, and DME orders as needed.
• Acts as patient advocate and ensures effective communication across care team.
