AdventHealth in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift in Littleton. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, administer meds, and educate patients while coordinating with the care team.

Eligible RNs can participate in the Clinical Ladder with salary increases up to 20% based on experience, development, and advancement criteria. Sign-on bonuses and relocation may apply depending on shift and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations and provide stabilizing interventions.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.
