Atrium Health Mercy – 4 North Cardiac Medical Telemetry is hiring an RN to provide and coordinate patient care on a 29-bed cardiac telemetry unit in Charlotte, NC. The role requires RN licensure and BLS, with prior inpatient experience preferred, including at least 6 months if not a new grad.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred. At least 6 months required experience to come in outside of the New Grad residency program.
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and strong communication.
