Qualifications

• 1 year inpatient nursing experience preferred; at least 6 months required outside of the New Grad residency program.
• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
