Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for Cardiac Telemetry (PRN) to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. This role emphasizes accountability for care and evaluation of team performance.

Graduates with ADN, Diploma, or BSN are eligible. Missouri (or compact) RN license and BLS certification are required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact state.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Maintains accountability for care for assigned patients.

Position Details:

RN- Cardiac Tele- PRN

Education:

Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure:

Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
