Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking an RN for Cardiac Tele on a PRN basis. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinating care with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualified candidates demonstrate licensure as an RN in the hiring state (or compact) and Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire; education must be accredited as an RN program.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or course completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical requirements: Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs; prolonged standing and walking; ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

Position Details:

RN- Cardiac Tele- PRN

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
