Job summary

Baptist Health South in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Fulltime Days in the Cardiac Respiratory PCU. RNs may have med/surg or CCU experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

As a Registered Nurse you will provide care to patients across medical/surgical and cardiac units, educate families, and coordinate care with physicians and other departments to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Provide nursing care for medical/surgical, CCU, or cardiac telemetry patients.
• Educate patients and families on disease process and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and hospital staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with cardiac, medical, or surgical needs.
• Educate patients and families on diseases and care plans.
• Act as patient advocate and coordinate care with ancillary services.
• Participate in staff meetings and unit activities.
