Qualifications

  • Valid RN License required.

Position Details:

The Registered Nurse will promote wellness, improve outcomes, and support self-care within a defined patient population. Responsibilities include providing support, education, and assistance to patients with chronic conditions, developing and implementing health plans, and coordinating care and follow-up in outpatient settings. The role requires commitment to patient outcomes and high performance despite workload changes.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with Associates Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelors in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing.
  • Valid RN License.
  • One (1) year Registered Nursing experience in ICU or ER.
  • Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong work ethics and accountability.

Employees must be fitted for, capable of donning, and performing routine tasks in PPE including N95 masks, PAPR, or CAPR.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform triage, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and patient education.
  • Deliver nursing care per standards and administer medications according to regulations.
  • Assist in developing patient plans of care using assessment data.
  • Evaluate patient progress and coordinate care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Implement care plans using a patient and family-centered approach.
  • Advocate for patients and families to ensure safe, competent care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary:

Commensurate with education and experience.
