Base pay range

$78,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Full Time (36 Hour Weeks)

12 Hour Shifts

Join our client's team as a caregiver, applying your specialized training to deliver exceptional health care with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

  • Employs Nursing Professional Practice: Assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care. Develops, updates, and coordinates the patient's plan of care to meet goals and optimize outcomes across the care continuum. Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions appropriately. Maintains current competencies as required by specific areas and populations served.
  • Advocates: Promotes ethical, holistic care by partnering in care planning to uphold the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those served.
  • Facilitates Learning: Creates a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and the healthcare team, including students; facilitates formal and informal learning opportunities.
  • Aligns Practice with Safety and Quality: Ensures safety, identifies and resolves issues, and incorporates evidence-based practices into nursing care. Uses data to improve patient outcomes and prioritizes safety for patients, staff, and the environment.
  • Engages in Professional Development: Pursues ongoing learning; practices within legal and ethical standards; promotes research and evidence-based practice.
  • Leads in Practice & Community: Coordinates care, delegates appropriately, and collaborates as a team member; models professional behaviors and leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington RN License upon hire.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
  • American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification upon hire.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in a specialty area upon hire.
