Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse on the Cardiac Neuro Telemetry unit, you’ll provide specialized care for patients with complex cardiac and neurological needs. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of nursing care—from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation—ensuring that patients receive compassionate, evidence-based, and safe care during every stage of their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions to the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and evaluate outcomes
• Support and educate patients and families through care transitions
• Collaborate with team members to uphold a culture of safety and accountability
• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and advocate for patient well-being
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Washington State RN license
• BLS certification – American Heart Association (required upon hire)
• NRP certification – American Academy of Pediatrics (required upon hire)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• National Certification in Cardiac, Telemetry, or Neuroscience Nursing (highly preferred)
