12 Hour Shifts
$15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the benefits and compensation package offered that begin on your first day of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop, update, and coordinate the patient's care plan to achieve goals and optimize outcomes. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition. Maintain currency of essential competencies.
  • Advocate: Promote ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to respect patient autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs.
  • Facilitate Learning: Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, students, and the healthcare team, including community education.
  • Align Practice with Safety and Quality: Ensure safety, identify and resolve issues, incorporate evidence-based practices, and use data to improve patient outcomes. Prioritize safety for patients, staff, and the environment.
  • Engage in Professional Development: Practice within legal and ethical standards, pursue ongoing learning, and promote research and evidence-based practices.
  • Lead in Practice & Community: Lead and coordinate care teams, delegate appropriately, and model professional behaviors as a representative of nursing.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington RN License upon hire
  • American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
  • American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification upon hire
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
