Job summary

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a PRN role in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, efficient care in a procedural environment within a supportive team.

You will assess and intervene before, during, and after procedures, assist physicians, and maintain patient records while administering medications per orders. ACLS/BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure required.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• Assist physicians in operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patient records including tests and results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a procedural environment. What you will do in this role:

You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.

You will assist physicians in operative procedures.

You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results

You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• (RN) Registered Nurse

• Associate Degree
