Job summary

HCA Florida Northside Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse to provide expert cardiac care in a fast-paced procedural environment. You will support physicians, monitor and document patient status, and ensure safe medication administration during pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases.

The role requires an RN with an Associate Degree, active RN license, and certifications in ACLS and BLS within 30 days of starting.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN with an Associate Degree and active license.
• Weekend call rotations required; no travel needed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• Assist physicians in operative procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Maintain and review patient records, including tests and results.
• Administer medications according to physician orders.

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a procedural environment. What you will do in this role:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• You will assist physicians in operative procedures.
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
