Job summary

HCA Florida Northside Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse to provide expert care in a high‑volume cardiac catheterization lab, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

You will support pre-, intra-, and post‑procedure care, assist physicians, maintain accurate records, and administer medications per orders; weekend call rotations required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• ACLS and BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Weekend call rotations required.
• 1 year experience in acute care or cath lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• Assist physicians in operative procedures.
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.

Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a procedural environment. What you will do in this role:

• You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra and post procedure.
• You will assist physicians in operative procedures.
• You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results
• You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
