Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Current license as a registered nurse from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing required.
• Minimum of two years experience in a clinical nursing capacity required.
• Demonstration of leadership and management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports ADT processes and patient throughput coordination.
• Interacts with staff and medical personnel to manage transfers efficiently.
• Enters transfer data in real time with high accuracy.
• Applies clinical criteria to evaluate transfer appropriateness and level of care.
• Escalates issues to management as needed.
