Job summary

STGi seeks an RN Campus Supervisor in Macon, GA to provide nursing leadership and skilled care to veterans at the Georgia War Veterans Home, under physician supervision and state nursing practice laws.

You will lead rounds, supervise CNAs and licensed nurses, coordinate with the IDT, and ensure timely assessments and care plan updates while maintaining high standards of safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Two years RN experience; leadership preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus nursing staff and rounds.
• Coordinate with IDT to develop resident care plans.
• Oversee CNAs and licensed nurses.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement activities.
