MedStar Radiology Network in Southern Maryland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Breast Health Navigator) for a full-time hybrid-remote role supporting outpatient imaging centers in Maryland and Washington DC. Under supervision, you will lead patient navigation, coordinate care, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as an RN in a clinical setting.
• RN program graduate with state licensure.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire; ACLS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Mentors staff and coordinates nursing coverage.
• Leads nursing staff supervision and scheduling.
• Acts as lead navigator for designated shifts and supports mammography team.
• Performs nursing care planning, preparation, and patient coordination.
• Assists with procedures requiring conscious sedation and venipuncture.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborates with imaging center staff to ensure timely patient care.
