Job summary

UVA Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join the Community Division in Northern Virginia. The role includes the full spectrum of breast imaging and image-guided procedures, with on-site coverage for procedures and remote screening interpretations in a hybrid model.

The successful candidate will devote roughly 90–95% of effort to clinical service and 5–10% to administrative duties, collaborating with surgical oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists to deliver

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required; board certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the full spectrum of breast imaging studies (Mammography, MRI, Ultrasound).
• Perform and interpret image-guided breast procedures (localizations, biopsies).
• Collaborate with surgical oncologists, oncologists, pathologists and other staff to optimize imaging use.
