Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessments and reassessments per standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate care plans including discharge planning.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing care within the assigned unit.
• Document patient care accurately and timely per policy.
• Assist in education and development of staff and participate in quality improvement.
