Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Current RN license per state regulations.
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• De-escalation certification within 30 days of employment.
• 1 year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify needs using plan-of-care interventions.
• Oversee shift and supervise staff to ensure policies and patient care standards.
• Document clinical activities accurately in the medical record.
• Deliver nursing care aligned with treatment plans and hospital policies.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and notify physicians when needed.
