Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and hold a CT Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification must be obtained upon hire and maintained.
- CPI and de-escalation techniques training required with certification within 3 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
- Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly and clearly.
- Apply age-specific care and maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu.
- Support professional nursing practice and collaborate with colleagues.
