Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse for Behavioral Health in a full-time capacity. The role provides nursing care and oversight for individuals with behavioral health needs in community and inpatient settings.

A valid RN license is required; BSN preferred and driving may be necessary. Shift differentials apply (10% weeknights, 15% weekend nights; 10% weekend day shifts); a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Requires an unencumbered Registered Nursing License.
• Associates degree required; BSN preferred.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complying with Controlled Substances policy and procedures in maintaining accurate inventories and logs.
• Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
• Completing QA activities and participating in the QA process.
• Providing patient care and therapeutic support.
• Providing nursing evaluations and monitoring for safety.
• Administering medications.
• Other duties as assigned.
