Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Monroeville, PA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents under physician supervision. This role involves supervising non-licensed staff, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians and Nursing Director.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet physical and psychological needs in accordance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
• Other duties as needed.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and facility standards.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient nursing unit during assigned shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
• Other duties as needed.
