Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our Weekend Baylor Program in Syracuse, NY. This full-time role offers a consistent weekend schedule, enabling flexibility during the week while delivering meaningful care to residents.

Coordinate resident care, supervise nursing staff, and maintain documentation, all while ensuring privacy, safety, and quality care in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
• Availability to work the required two-day weekend Baylor schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and medication management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities
