VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It includes a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility and an assisted living unit. The facility is state-of-the-art, single-story, and designed to meet comprehensive care and living needs post-injury or illness, providing a fully integrated care continuum for patients and residents.

Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team! This is a weekend Baylor program, full-time, day shift, only on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents and their families to determine nursing needs.
• Deliver care that addresses the needs of adult and geriatric residents, including direct care and supervision of nursing staff.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage resident care, and improve quality of care.
• Establish professional relationships and develop clinical expertise.
• Manage and provide direct care for assigned residents.
• Monitor quality of care during the shift and keep the Program Manager or Nursing Supervisor informed of major occurrences.

Required Skills

• Valid and active RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.

Additional Qualifications

• Preferred: One year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience.
• Professional image, knowledge of regulatory standards, strong organizational and decision-making skills, and computer proficiency.
• Must be free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace.
