Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of employment.
• HIPAA knowledge and patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Pass state background checks prior to patient contact.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents and patients.
• Supervise staff and monitor patient health.
• Document care and observations promptly and accurately.
• Administer medications and ensure safety.
• Communicate with physicians and families; ensure HIPAA compliance.
