Job summary

Oak Hills Living Center is seeking an organized and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Assisted Living team. You will provide clinical support, guidance to residents, and respond to care needs on an on-call weekend schedule, including after-hours and overnight coverage.

The successful candidate will communicate clearly, solve problems promptly, and collaborate with direct care staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and seamless services for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current unencumbered RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure resident care.

Shift Requirements

This unique position would be on call every other weekend to provide support to the direct care staff, There is the opportunity for this position to work 8 hours per week in the facility if so desired.
