Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our assisted living community in Concord, NH. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans, assess patient needs, and ensure high-quality outcomes through comprehensive nursing care.

The role involves administering medications, coordinating with LPNs/CNAs, and documenting care accurately using PCC, while engaging with patients and families to support satisfaction and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must provide verification of TST as required by state law.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Manage patient care, including delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs consistent with their scope of practice.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).

• Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (as required by the State)
