Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, Delaware, seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Medical/Surgical Oncology Unit to lead and elevate patient care. This full-time leadership role partners with the Nurse Manager to plan, organize, and implement high-quality services.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with strong clinical expertise and leadership abilities, experienced in hospital settings, and prepared to advance toward a Master’s in Nursing.

Competenze

• Experience in hospital or acute care setting.
• Completion of Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration online course (within 6 months of hire).
• ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire).

Mansioni

• Assists the Nurse Manager in assessment, skill proficiency evaluation, equipment and supply management, patient satisfaction initiatives, staffing, and scheduling.
• Supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing the unit.
• Assists with the management of personnel processes, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Effectively communicates information to staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Assists the Nurse Manager in making timely decisions and managing change processes.
• Collaborates with all departments as part of the management team.
• Uses a personal cell phone for business purposes.
