Beebe Healthcare in Lewus, Delaware is seeking a Breast Surgical Oncologist to provide comprehensive surgical care for benign and malignant breast diseases. The role includes coordinating with medical and radiation oncology, participating in tumor boards, and advancing the breast cancer service line.

You will contribute to education, research, and program development while ensuring adherence to NCCN, NAPBC, ASCO, and CoC guidelines in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state.
• Expertise in breast cancer surgery and current knowledge of guidelines.
• Experience in accredited Breast Center or oncology program (preferred).
• Participation in multidisciplinary oncology care models (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert surgical management for breast cancer and other breast diseases.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and treatment planning.
• Contribute to quality, research, and program development of the breast service.
• Educate residents, medical students, and other team members.
• Participate in accreditation processes (NAPBC, CoC) and quality initiatives.
