You will oversee unit operations, mentor nurses, and partner with Nurse Managers to deliver high-quality services, patient safety, and operational excellence.

This role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and administrative support to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical nursing experience and leadership background.
• California RN license required with BLS; ACLS preferred for many departments.
• NRP required for Women and Children; NICU requires NICU-RNC within 6 months or NRP within 90 days; Pediatrics requires PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of evidence-based patient care and foster a positive nursing environment.
• Manage unit operations and support development of nursing staff.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to Nurse Managers and unit staff to deliver high-quality nursing services and safe patient outcomes.
