Community Medical Centers in Fresno, CA is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Community Health System. You will uphold evidence-based patient care, foster a positive nursing environment, and support development of the nursing staff.

This role blends clinical leadership with administrative oversight to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. The ANM collaborates with Nurse Managers, ensures efficient unit operations, and participates in scheduling, education, and protocol

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in California.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required for specific departments.
• NRP certification required for Women and Children.
• For NICU: NICRNC and NRP within required timelines.
• PALS certification required for Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of evidence-based patient care while fostering a positive working environment for nursing staff.
• Manage unit operations and support development of nursing staff.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to Nurse Managers and unit staff to deliver high-quality nursing services and safe patient outcomes.
