Elderwood is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our North Creek leadership team. You’ll partner with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to drive quality initiatives, staff development, and regulatory excellence in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Lead nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining 24-hour coverage. This role blends hands-on clinical leadership with strategic oversight within Elderwood’s caregiving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher required.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in New York.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure resident safety and outcomes.
• Supervise and develop nursing staff, promoting engagement and accountability.
• Lead infection prevention and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, and care planning.
• Provide coverage as needed to maintain 24-hour nursing presence.
• Assist DON and Administrators in staffing and scheduling decisions.
