Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to lead resident care in our Indianapolis facility, partnering with the Director of Nursing Services to implement current clinical practice and policy.

The ADNS will mentor clinical staff, ensure compliance with state and federal standards, and communicate effectively with residents and families while upholding the CARE values of compassion, accountability, relationships and excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resident care per professional nursing standards.
• Develop and maintain nursing policies reflecting current practice and regulations.
