Job summary

Diversicare in the Birmingham area is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and drive quality patient care. This on-site role focuses on regulatory compliance, staffing, training, and continuous improvement within our post-acute care facilities.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Alabama, with 3+ years of nursing experience and at least 1 year in supervision, plus strong communication and leadership skills. EOE.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
