Diversicare of Montgomery is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team, uphold high standards of patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance. This on-site leadership role focuses on staffing, training, and ongoing quality improvements to support residents and patients.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least three years of nursing experience with supervisory exposure, and brings strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year in supervision.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
