Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) in Montgomery, AL to lead the nursing department, shaping care quality and regulatory compliance across our post-acute care facilities.

You will supervise staffing and training, drive quality initiatives, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. A current RN license and at least three years in nursing with supervisory experience are required; long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
