Empire Care Centers – Marietta Center for Nursing & Healing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our skilled nursing team and help drive clinical excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven nursing leader ready to grow with a respected, expanding organization.

You will coordinate comprehensive nursing care, mentor staff, and work with the Director of Nursing to achieve quality and regulatory goals in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting.
• Strong team orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Infection prevention experience preferred.
• Experience in training and educating staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating comprehensive nursing care
• Implementing specialized clinical procedures and programs
• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals
• Ensuring compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations
• Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant resident care
• Participate in the nursing home survey process
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff
• Organize and support in-service education and training programs
