Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice is required.
• 1 year of experience with pacemakers/ICDs is required.
• ACLS/BLS certifications preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting 12-lead EKG and rhythm strips.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient flow in exam rooms.
• Explains procedures to patients and ensures comfort.
• Performs wound checks post-implant using aseptic technique.
• Performs telephonic device analysis after implants and follow-ups.
• Interrogates pacemaker/ICD devices as ordered.
• Maintains pacemaker/ICD database accuracy.
• Travels between facilities and supports flexible schedule.
